Every Opulensyea piece is custom-produced specifically for you. This made-to-order model ensures high quality and minimal waste, but requires a strict policy regarding returns.
1. Final Sale Policy
Because we do not hold inventory, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons including:
- Ordering the incorrect size or color.
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
- Variations in color due to monitor settings.
2. Quality Guarantee
If your product arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will provide a free replacement or full refund.
- Submit a Claim: Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Evidence Required: You must provide high-resolution photos clearly showing the defect.
- No Return Needed: If the error is confirmed as a production defect, you do not need to return the original item.
3. Delivery & Address Issues
Lost Packages: Claims for lost shipments must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment once the item is returned to our facility. Items unclaimed for more than 30 days may be donated to charity.
4. Regional Rights
EU Consumers: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to consumer specifications.
Brazilian Customers: You have the right to cancel your order within 7 calendar days of receipt under the "right to regret" policy.
