Thank you for shopping with us. Every product you order is custom-made just for you. We partner with global leaders in production and fulfillment to ship your intentional designs with care.

1. Order Processing and Production

Before an item ships, it must be created. This process ensures quality control for your custom order.

  • Processing Time: All orders require 2–7 business days to be produced, quality-checked, and packaged.
  • Note: Total delivery time is calculated as Processing Time + Shipping Time.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Typical shipping times after production dispatch:

Destination Typical Shipping Time
Domestic (Same Region) 3–5 business days
International 7–21 business days

3. Cancellations & Changes

Production often begins within 3–4 hours of purchase.

  • Grace Period: Cancellations or changes are only possible if the order has not yet entered production.
  • Responsibility: Once an order status is "Being Fulfilled," changes can no longer be made.

4. Shipping Costs & Customs

To provide simple pricing, shipping costs are integrated into the product price for many items. Please refer to the final checkout page to confirm if any specific shipping fees or exclusions apply to your country.

International Duties: Customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

If your package appears lost, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. For items damaged on arrival, please refer to our Refunds and Claims Policy.
